What is your Return Policy;

I will except returns on any unopened items and they are returned in the original packaging (excludes special order items), the original purchase price minus shipping/handling (there is a 15% restocking fee that applies also) will be refunded, return shipping will be paid by buyer unless we have made a mistake in which we will take care of costs for return shipping. No returns on products that have been partially or fully installed.

What if my product doesn't work;

Please call or email us and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can to get the issue corrected, we are not the manufacturer but in most cases we will do everything we can to get you the help or parts you need to get it repaired and/or replaced.
